  1. Great share, Frankie! A really cool thing, too, is that if/when you get married, your spouse’s grandparents. I had the great pleasure to [video] interview my husband’s grandfather, who lived into his 90s, and hope the family will be able to treasure the stories he told for many, many years to come because it’s now down in a somewhat more permanent format. He had a fascinating life (as most people do), and I think about him just about every single day. And, bonus-bonus, I got to have a surrogate grandparent in my adulthood (though mine are long-gone, so to speak). He even appears to me in dreams sometimes; now if I could just figure out what he’s trying to tell me!
